This 37,000 SF facility provides older adults with an opportunity to live comfortably while staying connected to their community. Construction of the wood-frame building features 32 living units built over four-storey’s plus a basement. The Centre also houses social and entertainment spaces including a full commercial kitchen equipped to serve larger social functions and special requests. A rental hall is available for residents to hold larger gatherings with their families and friends. Additionally, a foot-care clinic was constructed using state-of-the-art technology and sterile equipment.
