The Scarborough Town Centre located directly south of Highway 401 is the largest regional shopping centre in Toronto's East End. This redevelopment project consists of renovations to the vacant 266,000 SF former Sears box, a three-level building connected to the northeast portion of the shopping centre, in order to accommodate multiple new tenants.
