Rogers Multi-Store Fitout

Matheson simultaneously worked on seven Rogers Retail Stores across Ontario. All stores were located in busy retail centres and required implementation of modernized Roger’s layout standards and designs.

Each Roger’s location varied in it’s store requirements. Project scope included the complete demolition of each location to be renovated. General work consisted of door frame and hardware, retail finishes, data / communications, fixtures, reflected ceiling, partition walls, mechanical and electrical systems, floor repairs and resurfacing, millwork, various equipment ductwork and piping as well as storefront sections, details and interior / exterior signage.

The Whitby store was a Rogers / Fido store and required additional coordination with both parties on signage and layout. Matheson was also in charge of the coordination and program management for 36 turn-key designs for Rogers stores all across Canada.
