The Rivian Toronto Service + Demo Centre offers maintenance, repairs, demo drives, and a gear shop, for their all-electric vehicles.
The project involved the interior fit-out of the 27,656 sq ft. facility, which included installation of a level 2 and 3 charging system, exterior parking, new mechanical and electrical systems, and modifications to the fire alarm and life safety systems.
