The March of Dimes New Congregate Care Facility in Sudbury provides young adults with complex medical needs and who have physical disability an affordable and shared living environment with Congregate Care Attendant Care services.

Construction of this brand new stand alone, 12,000 SF building featured cast in place foundations, with a concrete slab on grade and wood framed superstructure. The exterior of the building is cladded in a masonry veneer skirt around the perimeter of the building and a combination of EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing System) and cement board siding with an asphalt shingle roof.
