Espanola Regional Hospital Redevelopment

Project Details

Client: Espanola Hospital
Location: Espanola, Ontario
Building Type: Health Care
Contract: Lump Sum

The Espanola Regional Hospital provides acute, transitional and rehabilitative care programs and services for in-patients and out-patients. This three-phase redevelopment project consisted of the construction and renovation of a new 13,000 SF emergency department.

Existing emergency services remained operational during the entire construction period. A stringent infection control plan executed by the project team ensured patients were not impacted during the demolition and building process.
