NRB Kingston Road – Modular Residential Building

This cutting-edge five-storey modular prefabricated affordable housing development was delivered as part of the City of Toronto's Modular Housing Initiative and HousingTO 2020-2030 Action Plan, helping expand much-needed supportive housing across the city. The development provides 64 residential suites integrated with a comprehensive range of resident-focused amenities, including tenant support spaces, administrative offices, a first aid room, staff facilities, a commercial kitchen and pantry, dining and lounge areas, and a common elevator. The project also included extensive site development works featuring concrete foundations, ramps, pergolas, landscaped outdoor spaces, patios, and secure bicycle storage, creating a welcoming and functional environment that supports long-term resident well-being and community connection.
