For this Great Canadian Gaming project Matheson was mobilized to Elora, Ontario to perform the multi-phased redevelopment of the Elements Grand River Casino. Phase 1 of this project saw renovations to the existing 30,000 SF building, Phase 2 a 9,000 SF structural steel addition to the northeast corner of the existing facility, and Phase 3 the tie-in of the renovations to the new facility after completion of interiors.
This project was completed on a 12 month schedule with no down time to gaming operations and reduced interruptions to the 24-hour gaming casino area.
