This project consisted of the fit-out of several restaurants within the food services area of the Pickering Casino at the Durham Live site. The total build out consisted of approximately 30,000 SF and included a 450 seat buffet restaurant and two specialty restaurants.
Fit-out work included the construction of the main kitchen that services all the food services tenants, millwork associated with each restaurant, ceiling features, lighting and all associated mechanical and electrical work. Also included was the construction of the main washroom facilities for the food services area.
