This was the second York Region project performed by Matheson, this time at their property located at 145 Harry Walker Parkway North, a mixed-use office and warehouse building owned by the Region.
This project entailed the conversion of 6,000 SF of existing warehouse space into new office. The design and specifications of the new office were all made to match the existing attached office space, which had been recently renovated prior.
Renovations included but were not limited to structural, mechanical and electrical works. All work was performed without disruption to the attached operating facility through careful planning and sound proofing work barriers.
