Toronto Transit Commission Malvern Bus Garage

Project Details

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Contract: Design-Build and Construction Management

This was a pilot project for the Toronto Transit Commission involving the demolition of an existing two-lane bus wash system and construction of new gantry style bus wash systems. This project had to be completed in phases during off-hours to ensure daily TTC operations were not disrupted.

Project scope included the removal and addition of concrete slabs for water collection, addition of new process water recycling washing system from Westmatic, and the addition of process equipment and a control platform.
