Location: Sudbury, Ontario

Contract: Lump Sum

Construction of Sudbury’s first Starbucks drive-thru location, a new 2,500 SF stand-alone building at the commercial plaza near the corner of Barrydowne & Kingsway. This project featured a wood framed building with a combination of metal siding and stone facing, reinforced concrete floor slab, mechanical / electrical systems, site services, and parking lot re-configuration.

Matheson provided significant cost savings for this project.
