This project was the first of many for our client, completing the new construction of the Shorelines Belleville Casino, a 47,000 SF facility featuring 450 slot machines, 25 table games as well as a VIP area. Visitors are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows at the entry and porte-cochere, and interior designs that complement the natural surroundings. In addition to the gaming space, the facility also includes a restaurant, live entertainment space with room for up to 250 people, a bar/lounge and other amenities. Additionally, to maximize space, the indoor/outdoor stage opens up to an outdoor patio to accommodate concerts.
This project had a 12 month schedule from design through construction completion, and was ultimately completed by Matheson both under budget and ahead of schedule.
