Matheson Awarded Town of Newmarket Mulock Park Project

​”The Town of Newmarket is gearing up to start construction on its most significant capital project – the Mulock Park. The corner of Mulock Drive and Yonge Street will see the creation of a 16-acre green oasis and community gathering space in the heart of a growing urban area. The Town has awarded the contract for the Mulock Park construction project to Matheson Constructors Ltd. Park construction is targeted to take place from the end of 2023 to 2025 with park opening anticipated in 2026.  Key elements of the four-season destination include a skating trail, water features, natural discovery playscape, greenhouse conservatory and artist studio with public art woven throughout the landscape.”
