Ministry of Natural Resources Forest Fire Management Centre Services Building A&B Expansion

The Ministry of Natural Resources Forest Fire Management Centre Services Building A&B Expansion Project was a multi-phased multi-year project that included two expansions adding a total 20,000 SF to existing facilities, while also completing construction of a new link to tie the pre-existing buildings together. Each phase had to ensure the owner and occupant remained completely operational throughout the construction. This led to detailed and complex scheduling requirements to allow enough time for the owner/occupant to coordinate moving from each space so we could complete the demolition, reconstruction, and addition to each space.

The project site was very tight and involved extensive planning and site logistics to ensure the surrounding residential neighbourhood was not negatively impacted during the construction phase of this project.
